Insurance & Fees

Insurance Guidelines:

     Battle Creek Counseling accepts most Insurance.

     (CIGNA, AETNA, GEHA, and Tricare Plans are Out of Network)

 

     We do not Par with Medicaid plans

 

     Blue Care Network only pays for PhD. In this case, appointment may be out 3 months due to Dr. Haugen being in high demand at this time. If you have any questions regarding your insurance please feel free to give us a call.

 

Out-Of-Pocket-Clients:

 

     For those clients that do not have insurance, or choose not to use their coverage due to high deductibles and copays, we have a standard fee of $130.00 per session. Unless, due to hardships that can be verified, there may be a lower set fee available, based on client need and therapist availability.

     If a client has specific questions regarding his/her insurance coverage, including the specific costs associated with deductible and copayments, we ask that you please contact your insurance and verify (Out Patient Mental Health benefits). If questions are still not clear or unanswered, please feel free to contact Sheryl Puetz, Office Manager to help in understanding the difficulty with Insurance questions.
